This builder's spec home was situated on a golf course, and had upgraded flooring, stonework and trim work.  The builder's white paint and large empty rooms made the house feel barren and cold.  Painting the walls a soft color and adding furniture, accessories and artwork gave the rooms a warm and inviting feel.
