This family room was long and narrow, and there was too much furniture lined up all along the wall.  I angled the loveseat to create a cozy little seating area and showcase the fireplace, and the homeowners – and the prospective buyers! – loved it!  This house was under contract within 10 days.

The homeowners used their living room as a catchall for excess items - not an appealing look for this formal room located right off the entry.  Using extra furniture from their family room, I created the formal living room it was intended to be.
