udy is a former Realtor®, licensed in NJ from 1988 - 1998.  She worked as a full time agent until the early 1990's, and then as a referral agent while pursuing a career in marketing.  When she moved to PA in 1998 she relinquished her license, but continued to coach and assist friends and family members in the home selling and buying processes. 

Personally, Judy has purchased and sold five homes over an eighteen-year period.  During that time, interest rates ranged from below eight percent to over fourteen percent and the market fluctuated several times.  The longest time period any of her houses stayed on the market before buyers signed contracts was two weeks.  The highest number of showings before the first offer was four…and the first offer was always within five percent of the asking price!

While honing her marketing skills and developing a career in Project Management for sales and marketing professionals, Judy continued to help friends arrange and accessorize their homes and prepare them for sale.  In early 2004 she launched a Home Staging and Interior Redesign business called Refined Spaces, so that she could use her talent and love of artful arrangement professionally.
